Early Life
Charity Gayle was born on October 1, 1994, in Los Angeles, California. Gayle’s mother is African American and her father is white. She has two older sisters. Gayle began singing and acting at a young age. She appeared in several commercials and sang the national anthem at Dodgers Stadium when she was eight years old.

Gayle continued to be involved in her church throughout her teenage years and eventually decided to pursue a career in ministry. In 2002, she enrolled at Azusa Pacific University, where she studied religious studies and psychology. After graduating from Azusa Pacific University in 2006, Gayle attended Fuller Theological Seminary, where she earned a Master of Divinity degree in 2008.

Charity Gayle graduated fromormon High School in Sandy, Utah. After a gap year, she attended Brigham Young University, where she majored in Public Relations and minored in Business. She then worked for a few years in the corporate world before deciding to go to law school. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Gayle’s career
Since the age of 18, Gayle has appeared in numerous theatre productions, films and television programmes. Some of her most notable roles include parts in the soap operas Doctors and Casualty, the medical drama Bodies and the sitcom Friday Night Dinner. She has also appeared in a number of independent films, most notably The Last Sect and The Nightmare Man.
Gayle’s stage work includes appearances in a number of plays at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester, as well as the title role in a production of Cinderella at the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham. She has also worked extensively with the National Youth Theatre, appearing in productions of Romeo and Juliet, The Crucible and Macbeth.
In addition to her acting work, Gayle is also a qualified yoga teacher and has been teaching classes since 2012.
