How can I get involved with the Campaign?

If you’re looking to get involved with the recent campaign to raise awareness about sexual harassment on university campuses, there are a few things you can do. First, make sure you are aware of the issue and know what consent means. You can also talk to your friends about the campaign and see if they want to get involved too.

There are also a number of ways you can get involved with the campaign itself. One way is by signing up to be a campus ambassador. This involves going around your campus and talking to other students about the campaign and raising awareness of the issue. Another way is by donating money or materials to the campaign, which will help them create more resources and reach more people.

So whatever your involvement looks like, remember that every little bit helps when it comes to tackling this important issue.

What has been the impact of the Campaign so far?

Since the launch of the Campaign, we have seen a surge in membership for both our clubs and societies. In particular, there has been an increase in interest for student-run AberSUCs (Aberdeen Student Union Clubs). These clubs provide an opportunity for students to get involved in a variety of activities, from sports and fitness to creative arts and culture. In addition, we have seen an uptick in applications for AUSA jobs. This is thanks to the increased publicity that the Campaign has brought to our organisation. Finally, we have also had a number of inquiries from students who are interested in running for president of Aberdeen University Students’ Association next year. Thanks to the hard work of everyone involved, the Campaign has so far been a resounding success!

What are the future plans for the Campaign?

The Campaign has big plans for the future! We want to continue working hard to make sure that students have a voice on campus, and that their needs are being met by the university. We also want to expand our reach and impact beyond Aberdeen, so that we can support students across Scotland. In addition, we want to continue our work in improving the student experience, whether that’s through providing more opportunities for students to get involved in clubs and societies, or making sure that there are enough jobs available for students during their studies.
